PAST ARTISTS

CLARE ELICH TRIO, november 2024

From her roots in the mountains of Colorado to her formative years in the American South, Clare’s disposition for new exploration and old world charm has deeply influenced her music. And so comes the Clare Elich Trio; a playful, welcoming and thought provoking space featuring Elich’s strong, buttery vocals, clawhammer banjo and quirky, unpredictable stage banter held down by thoughtful arrangements from Summers Baker on guitar and Joe D’Esposito on fiddle and cello. The idea is to create a space where listeners feel like they’re invited into their favorite aunt’s kitchen. The floor is swept, the tea is made and you never know where the conversation will go.

MARK SHIIBA, february 2025

Navigating the intricate tapestry of military life, the laid-back vibes of Southern California, and the poignant emotional depths of loss, Mark Shiiba immerses you in a musical journey that resonates on a profound level. His dynamic sound serves as a cathartic fusion of acoustic honesty and electric energy.

EMILY BRIMLOW, february 2025

Emily Brimlow is a pop-soul singer-songwriter, playing by her own set of industry rules. Known for her whimsical, ’beachy’ vocal stylings and unique blend of world music and R&B, the Canadian-born singer pairs her wide spectrum of life experiences and diverse story-telling sensibilities to deliver such anthems as “Hope” and “Calling Me Home,” the debut singles from her string of new releases. Ambitious in her pursuit to ensure each song is fresh and slightly different than the last, Emily draws inspiration from the present day while still leaning on her musical roots.

FLAMENCO ARANA, january 2026

Directed by Kristina Cobarrubia, Flamenco Arana is dedicated to introducing Spanish flamenco dance and flamenco music to a growing audience in the San Diego area. Flamenco Arana joins powerful flamenco dancers in authentic costumes, vibrant native singers, and the mellow notes of a guitar to bring the sights and sounds of Spain a heartbeat away.

JOE DESPOSITO, august 2026

Joe DEsposito is my brother. A classically-trained violinist and studied songwriter, he delivers us musings on squirrels/eternity in a digestible sonic package, wrapped in strings and harmony.
